We are a cozy eatery in Bos en Lommer (Amsterdam West), where we serve lunch and coffee in the afternoon and are open in the evening for drinks and snacks.
Always beer in the cask at snack bar Landlust!

 

Our eatery is named after the Landlust neighborhood of the same name, which owes its name to a former farm on the Haarlemmerweg. We have a large terrace, where you can certainly enjoy a cold beer, cocktail or other refreshment in the summer. Come by, or view our gallery for an impression of the atmosphere.

 

Our menu consists of a combination of Dutch and Moroccan dishes. Texel lamb from the Tajine, Dutch bitterballen with home-made dips and Hummus with the tastiest olive oil in Amsterdam. You can come to us for a nice lunch, a good cup of coffee, or a cozy dinner.

The venue offer a nice and cosy entrance/foyer with a small seating area, a desk and a nice coffee/tea table. Next to the foyer you will find a small studio that's great for private sessions, small group classes or office space. It can also be used for storage on a workshop day when using the whole complex. There's a small hall that leads to two medium sized studio's with a dancefloor, mirrors (curtains for blinding if desired) and chairs (optional). These two studio's can be connected by removing a mobile wall. That way you'll have one big studio with even more possibilities for bigger groups or audiences. 

 

The two dance studio's are perfect for creative classes, workshops and group sessions. We already host renters that provide classes like Yoga, Mindfulness, Pilates, Zumba and Streetdance. But also Universal Voice Institute is organizing their workshops and classes in the studio complex.

 

You can use the mirror walls, but can also close them off by closing the curtains. Note: There is no locker room or shower space. There is a larger toilet area which can be used for changing clothes if desired. Most guests use the hall space to change for classes though or come dressed.

 

The mobile wall makes the space also very suitable for smaller business events, workshop days or small summits as it can change 2 seperate spaces into one bigger one.

A few times a year the Buurtboerderij can be rented in full (for example for a wedding). We still have availability for this in 2020 at:

We serve coffee with cake, lunch with soup and sandwiches, pancakes and healthy evening meals.
If you want to give a reception we can take care of the catering. Contact us and we will discuss your wishes and our options.

 

Please go through these lists:

  • Maximum 70 people
  • You can use a maximum of 3 existing wooden picnic tables and around 25 chairs
  • You must take care of any additional furniture, plates and cutlery yourself
  • Food and drinks can be ordered at the bar or we create a beverage buffet for you
  • From 3 hours before the start of your reservation you can go to the front garden for construction, decoration and / or other preparations
  • Tents are allowed in consultation; the use of large pegs and making holes in the garden is not permitted
  • In principle, drinks must be purchased from us
  • It is possible to use your own wine, Prosecco / Champagne. For this we charge corkage (€ 10.00 per bottle opened)
  • You are allowed to bring your own cake
  • For snacks, lunch and / or dinner you can use our regular caterer: Kok op Stelten (www.kokopstelten.nl)
  • You can also take care of food yourself. In that case we charge € 3.50 per person
  • Final end time: 10 p.m.
  • Of course, the farm and the surrounding garden / nature are treated with respect at all times
  • We kindly ask you to leave the garden tidy again afterwards

 There are two flexible lunch options available:

1. Select lunch on the day (most popular option)

A selection of local restaurants provide an assortment of mouth watering meals that people can select from the morning of your meeting. That way everyone can order what they feel like on that particular day. This also makes catering to dietary needs super easy as the variety means there are choices to suit everyone! The menus change sporadically but include options such as Poke bowls, Lebanese manoushe, Vietnamese Banh Mi, and healthy bowls/salads.

2. A share style buffet lunch organised before your meeting
This option is particularly convenient for larger groups. The menu will be arranged with you a week before the date of your meeting to suit the specific tastes and dietary requirements of your group! We work with a handful of local caterers offering diverse menus and options.

 

Sweet Treat

Team in need of a sweet “pick me up”? A mid afternoon treat can also be arranged with the choice of - but not limited to - Swedish pastries, Pastel de Nata (Portuguese egg tarts) or the (in)famous Van Stapele cookie!
