Your vendor will have 2 business days to respond to your booking request. If they decline or don't respond, the fund will be refunded to your account.
You can cancel a booking up to 24 hours after it has been accepted and receive a full refund. However, cancellations for bookings confirmed within 7 days of the start time are non-refundable. Please see our Cancellation Policy for more details regarding cancellation & refunds.
