What's next? Your vendor will have 2 business days to respond to your booking request. If they decline or don't respond, the temporary authorization on your card will be released and you will not be charged. You can cancel a booking up to 48 hours after it has been accepted and receive a full refund. However, cancellations for bookings confirmed within 7 days of the start time are non-refundable.
