Welcome to Alamori
Ayman Al Alamori and Wafaa Al Hayek, together with their three young sons, fled Syria in the summer of 2014 and ended up in the safe Europe after a difficult and dangerous crossing, eventually in the Netherlands. After a stay of almost a year in a number of AZCs, they were granted residence status in 2015 and an apartment in Haarlem. Immediately after obtaining the status, the children went to school and the parents started intensive language lessons.

Welcome to Alamori
Ayman Al Alamori and Wafaa Al Hayek, together with their three young sons, fled Syria in the summer of 2014 and ended up in the safe Europe after a difficult and dangerous crossing, eventually in the Netherlands. After a stay of almost a year in a number of AZCs, they were granted residence status in 2015 and an apartment in Haarlem. Immediately after obtaining the status, the children went to school and the parents started intensive language lessons.
In the spring of 2016 the time was ripe for a new professional start in their hometown Haarlem. It's great to be able to be even more part of life in the Netherlands in this way.
The beauty of Syria
The nostalgia for their homeland and the love for Syrian cuisine make that delicious Syrian dishes are made daily in the kitchen of the Alamoris. Dishes that are relatively unknown here, but are very common among the 'locals' because they are pure, without additives and are made with organic ingredients.
Ayman and Wafaa cook with pride, love and wistful rye and with respect for pure food. With their dishes, they create an atmosphere that emphasizes the beauty of Syria, the wealth of ingredients that the country once had to offer its inhabitants, in better times and hopefully in the future.

Alamori catering can dress you up (company) parties by providing snacks or full-fat dishes. Think of small snacks to a complete hot meal with, for example, fish, meat or poultry as the main ingredient, sealed from salads, vegetables and rice dishes. Also completely vegetarian is possible. We also serve various types of patisserie and desserts. They deliver every day within the haarlem and Amsterdam sales area. The Alamoris like to think along with your personal wishes and give every party the unique attention it deserves. The style of Alamori catering can be described as pure, rich and (as much as possible) organic.
