By listening to each client their ideas and wishes, Over the Moon designs a tailor made concept which will be carefully visualized. After this visualization of the day we'll find the right vendors to bring all ideas to life.
Having the right vendors for your wedding is key to create an event which fits your personal style. Over the Moon is always looking for the right match between the wedding couple and vendors. This might be a vendor we've worked with before but, if necessary, it might be a carefully selected new vendor as well.
During the planning process, Over the Moon's mission is to keep the process light and fun. We will take care of the coordination and support you in the decisions to be taken within the time schedule available. By having everything well planned and thought of, you don't need to worry about things to be forgotten and you can rely on Over the Moon's experience.
Keeping things personal and relaxed are key for Over the Moon. This also counts for the wedding day itself. Our goal is to create a relaxed flow on this special day so everybody can enjoy this day to the fullest. This can only be done when all vendors and staff members are well prepared. We will plan out the whole day minute to minute and we will make sure everybody exactly knows what to do and when.
To guarantee our level of service, we're always a team of two in case of more than 70 guests.
