The Seinwezen is an industrial heritage site from 1915 located next to the railway in Haarlem. Seinwezen Beheer has bought, renovated, and preserved the property in 2011. It is now an inspiring place to gather for meetings and work.

Sound
Due to noise pollution in the neighborhood, music can be played until 23:00 at 92 decibels. Music can be played from 23:00 until 00:00 at 87 decibels. There is a sound limiter.
Hiring
There is also the possibility to hire the owner/promoter of the Seinwezen, Baud Schoenmaeckers, as the speaker for your event.
