Great location, all very tidy. It was a hot day but it was bearable inside, so air conditioning definitely works although it wasn't clear how to adjust the settings in the room and we didn't have time to investigate. If people are coming through to other rooms deeper into the building, it may get quite noisy for a bit. Good spot overall. Would go again.
