Pantai Lima is an exclusive estate of luxury villas approached through 4 km of rice fields and built right on the beachfront at Pererenan, an unspoilt fishing community. It’s only a short drive north of Seminyak, Bali’s centre of sophisticated shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
Pantai Lima’s five villas are individually designed and completely different from each other. They successfully blend Balinese and Javanese nuances with the latest in western creature comforts to provide relaxed but luxurious surroundings.
Each villa is truly spacious, beautifully appointed and completely private. Gardens and pools are satisfyingly expansive, and each villa has views of the ocean. You cannot get any closer to the beach than this – you simply step off your lawn and on to the sand, making Pantai Lima the ultimate seaside holiday. Weddings & Events
- Maximum number of guests: 35-50 guests (Small Events) ; 80 guests (Large Events). The event will be held at Villa Mary.
- Minimum Nights: 3 Nights (Normal Season); 5 Nights (High Season); 7 Nights (Peak Season). Villa Ambra requires 4 nights stay for all seasons.
- Event fees of Small Events is USD 2500++ and IDR 6,000,000 for local community banjar fee with minimum of 1 villa booked; for Large Events is USD 3000++ and IDR 6,000,000 for local community banjar fee with minimum of 5 villas booked or 4 villas if Villa Ambra is full booked.
- Public events with ticket sales are not allowed at any time.
- A security deposit of USD 3000 (Small events) or USD 5000 (Large events) is required upon arrival. This is used to cover cost of service or replacement in case of damage or breakage to the property during the event (pre and after) takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property. You may choose one of two options, to be provided upon arrival at the villa in cash or to provide your credit card details to us so that we may hold the security deposit on your behalf.
- An approved event organiser must be appointed in order to apply for an event at Pantai Lima Estate. The Event Organiser will be be responsible for the event and be the main point of contact.
- Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.
- No fireworks are permitted in a circle of 500 meter from the property. Paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted. Fire dancers may be permitted with approval by the management.
- Sound system, DJ or live music are allowed with a maximum of 2000 watt (Small events) or 5000 watt (Large events).
- Music curfew is at 12 AM and no extension is allowed.
Nyepi Religious Day
Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6 AM until 6 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 14 March 2021, 03 March 2022 and 22 March 2023.
Rates are subject to 15.5% tax & service charge.

CANCELLATIONS
If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent to TLN. All cancellation notices received by TLN will be acknowledged in writing. It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the guest’s party purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
Cancellation of one or more days of a booking;
An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking;
Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification); and
Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest’s chosen Property.
In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period
50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period
100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and TLN will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.
