n0lkecil which exists as a new alternative creative space is a unique venue known in hosting some art-related activities and exhibitions. n0lkecil is now welcome you to hold your own special and intimate events and occasions. Centrally located in the heart of Surabaya City in Darmo District, the Gallery is near most hip hotels, Cafes and Restaurants. We are pleased to work with some of the finest caterers and event professionals. Our goal is to assist you in creating a successful and memorable meeting or special event.

A Security Deposit of IDR 500.000 and Down Payment of 50% full rental fee, are required to hold all rental reservations. Full rental fee is required five (5) days prior to the date of the event. A Security Deposit of IDR 500.000 and Down Payment of 50% full rental fee, are required to hold all rental reservations. Full rental fee is required five (5) days prior to the date of the event. Failure to receive the entire fee by that date will result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the down payment. Cancellations received no later than seven (7) days prior to the reserved date. The Security Deposit will be deposited immediately upon receipt and refunded within three (3) working days following the event, minus any charges for cancellation, overtime, cleanup, damage, or theft.
With physical distancing protocols, optional timed entry and mandatory masks to ensure your safety, n0lkecil is continuing to open to the public under normal operating hours according to the event schedule.
In line with government guidelines, we are currently welcoming visitors to the gallery with the following protocols in place:
- All visitors and staff must maintain a two-metre distance from one other
- Visitors are required wear masks all the time within gallery premises
- Personal items will need to remain with you for the duration of your visit
- All visitors will be asked to wash hands, check body temperature and sanitize the hands before entering the gallery premises. If you are not feeling well, please postpone your visit
- As our capacity is reduced, entry may be limited. Drop-in visitors are always welcome; schedule visit are recommended
