About me
A true Parisian by birth, the man behind NOAA’s dining room and beverage program is Pierre Lucas, who has been involved in the restaurant business since a very young age. Being hands-on in his parents’ family restaurant in Paris, the culture of fine dining has been embedded in him. NOAA for Pierre is an exciting project, which finally enables him to live in a place he’d like to call paradise, Bali.
