How do I book a space?
You can search for spaces by location and capacity. In order to book a specific space, you can send a request directly to a host on the platform. Alternatively, you can request a quote from our client relations team and we will search and contact venues on your behalf.
What is the Venopi service fee? What is the Venopi processing fee?
Venopi charges guests a processing fee to help cover the costs of running our business, including completing your transaction and providing support for your booking. The guest processing fee.

When will I be charged for my booking?
Guests are charged for bookings immediately upon selecting a venue. If the venue is not available, the host will contact the guest and the money will be refunded.
What is the cleaning fee charged by hosts?
Hosts may choose to include a mandatory cleaning fee to book their space. This covers the cost of clean up after an event takes place.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can always cancel your booking, but be aware, it may not be for free. Canceling a booking depends on the cancellation policy of the host’s space. There are three cancellation policies, strict, moderate, and flexible. You can read more about them here.
What do I do if a host cancels my booking?
Hosts may cancel bookings from time to time. Our policies and procedures only allow a host to cancel a minimum amount each quarter, however it does happen. In the event that a host cancels a booking the Venopi team will be notified and we will follow up with the guest to see what can be done.
What happens if I damage something in a space?
If you damage something in a space you are responsible for the cost. You can find more information about liability in the Services agreement you sign in order to be able to book a space on Venopi.
What type of spaces can I find on Venopi?
On the Venopi marketplace you can find a wide range of spaces suitable for a variety of events where you can create, collaborate, and celebrate. You can search and filter the results to find spaces that would be ideal for an offsite team meeting, a workshop, a private party, or a corporate event.
How do I create an account to book/list a space?
Creating an account on Venopi is quick and easy. Click here to sign up online with a valid email address. What about password? we are using One-time password to make sure that your account is safe. Once you have created an account, hosts can create a listing on the dashboard and guests can search for spaces or book them directly.
